Product description: This recall focuses on PouchPops silicone toppers. They screw onto a baby food pouch and allow infants to feed themselves. They were originally sold in a four-pack of four colors, which included green, orange, red and yellow. They also feature a cylinder-shaped tube stem that attaches to a round base. The pouch toppers have a “SipP” logo and smiley face embossed on the circular base.

Where/when they were sold: These recalled pouch toppers were sold exclusively online at www.amazon.com, www.littlegreenpouch.com and www.jackbenatural.com from May through September 2014 for around $10.
Reason for the recall: The tube of the pouch topper that screws onto the food pouch can separate from the round base, posing a choking hazard to young children. There have been four reports of this happening. No injuries have been reported.
