If friends or family want to see Kristen Bell's 2-month-old daughter Delta, they must have their vaccinations up-to-date. We can't say we blame her, with the recent outbreak of measles due to many parents deciding not to give their children the measles vaccine, infants who are too young to receive the vaccine are at risk for catching these serious diseases. Bell's daughter is not old enough to receive the vaccine, as the first dose is not given until 6 months of age.

"It's a very simple logic. I believe in trusting doctors, not know-it-alls," Bell told The Hollywood Reporter.

The House of Lies actress felt the same way when her daughter Lincoln was born in 2013.

"When Lincoln was born, the whooping cough epidemic was growing, and before she was 2 months old, we simply said [to friends], 'You have to get a whooping cough vaccination if you are going to hold our baby," she said.

Bell, who is married to Parenthood star Dax Shepard, also took to Twitter to show support for vaccines.

Bell linked to a great article giving facts on vaccines which clears up all the misguided information, including if vaccines cause autism (they don't) and the importance of herd immunity.

From Kristin Cavallari to Alicia Silverstone and, most famously, Jenny McCarthy, it seems like there are several outspoken celebrities who are against vaccinations, however, more celebrity moms are speaking out on the importance of vaccinating their children.

Jennifer Garner, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Jennifer Lopez are just a few celebrities who have spoken out on the importance of vaccines.

"It's so bewildering and frustrating, that we have the medicine and it's just not getting to children," said actress Amanda Peet.

Spoiler alert: Vaccines work.
