Supplies:
- 1/3 yard fleece fabric
- Scissors
- Tape (optional)
Directions:
1. Trim the fabric
Start by trimming off both ends of the fleece fabric.
2. Knot the end
Tie a knot in 1 end of the scarf, about 6 inches from the edge of the fabric.
3. Add fringe
Use your scissors to cut fringe from the end of the fabric up to the knot.
4. Cut the fleece
On the opposite side of the knot, cut the scarf into 3 equal strips of fabric.
5. Braid the scarf
Braid the 3 strips of fleece by crossing the center strip over the right strip, then the center strip over the left strip. Repeat until you are approximately 6 inches away from the end of the fabric.
6. Finish the scarf
Tie another knot in the fabric, then cut more fringe on the end of the scarf. Now your easy fleece scarf is ready to wear.
