Halloween is fast upon us, and we tapped our favorite adroit fashion expert Twirl to tell us what he thinks about Halloween costumes and what everyone under 10 years old should be wearing to ensure they don't end up with a bag full of dollar store tattoos and boring toothbrushes.

I think we can all agree with Twirl here: It doesn't matter what other people think. It only matters what you think, and if you like it, then you're good. Halloween is all about make-believe and kids dressing up how they want, and most moms can happily tell you that, on occasion, their kid has enjoyed wearing costumes not meant for their specific gender with no ill effects.

Happy Halloween to Twirl and all the rest of the little ghouls and goblins who will be going door to door this year and collecting candy! And no fair getting mad at your parents for stealing a few pieces out of your trick-or-treat bag.
