Can you steal a baby name? Mila and Ashton reportedly did

The name Wyatt is a fairly common name for a baby boy, but it is a modern and much more unique choice for a girl. Where did Kunis and Kutcher get the inspiration for their unusual baby name choice? The couple reportedly received gifts of baby clothes from a baby boutique in New York City that is owned by Rachel Uchitel, who happens to the ex-mistress of Tiger Woods.

The name of the store? Wyatt Lily. Uchitel named the store after her own 2-year-old daughter named Wyatt Lily.

We jumped over to Uchitel’s Twitter page and she did send a tweet to the couple calling out their copycat baby name.

Do you think Uchitel was sincere — or a little annoyed?

This isn't the first time there was copycat baby name drama among celebrities. Kristin Cavallari gave birth to a son she named Camden Jack — and just a few weeks later Vanessa Lachey and Nick Lachey welcomed a son they named Camden John.

Cavallari's somewhat snarky response? "Apparently Camden is a popular name!" she tweeted.

This leads us to another question: Can baby names really be stolen? There is etiquette involved when searching for the perfect baby name. For example, if your sister-in-law or your best friend told you about their favorite baby name and you turned around and named your own child that same name before they were able to, then you may cause some hurt feelings.

If you hear a cool name from a baby boutique owner that you have no personal connection to and will probably not be hanging out the in the same circles with? I say that all bets are off and the baby name is fair game.

In case you missed it, Kutcher made the baby name announcement on his website, writing: "Mila and I would like to welcome Wyatt Isabelle Kutcher to the world. May your life be filled with wonder, love, laughter, health, happiness, curiosity and privacy."

He then posted a series of baby photos (including baby animals) and wrote: "Can you guess which one is ours, or does it really matter? All babies are cute."

Well played, Kutcher.
