You can make these bookmarks with supplies you already have around the house.
Supplies:
Paper clips
Twist ties
Labels
Markers
1. Wrap the twist tie around one end of the paper clip.
2. Cut the labels in half.
3. Wrap the label around the twist tie. Use the marker to write on the bookmark.
4. Use scissors to round the corners, if you like.
5. Repeat for additional bookmarks.
You can use the bookmarks to mark your stopping place in a single book for multiple class sessions — so you always know where to begin again. Or you can use the bookmarks for class lesson planning, marking a poem or passage you want to share with students each day of the week.
