Season 1
The Voice premiered in Spring 2011 with coaches Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera at the helm. Each of the coaches sent four singers to the live final round, where a winner was selected:
- Winner: Javier Colon (Team Adam)
- 1st Runner-up: Dia Frampton (Team Blake)
- 2nd Runner-up (tie): Beverly McClellan (Team Christina) and Vicci Martinez (Team Cee Lo)
Season 2
The popular show returned for a second season in the spring of 2012. The same panel of judges returned, and each advanced six contestants to the live show:
- Winner: Jermaine Paul (Team Blake)
- 1st Runner-up: Juliet Simms (Team Cee Lo)
- 2nd Runner-up: Tony Lucca (Team Adam)
- 3rd Runner-up: Chris Mann (Team Christina)
Season 3
The show was so huge among fans that the network ran a second installment in fall 2012. Each judge sent five contestants to the live show, where three finalists were selected:
- Winner: Cassadee Pope (Team Blake)
- 1st Runner-up: Terry McDermott (Team Blake)
- 2nd Runner-up: Nicholas David (Team Cee Lo)
Season 4
Premiering March 2013, the fourth season of The Voice introduced two new coaches: Usher and Shakira replaced Cee Lo and Christina. Each team advanced four contestants to the live show:
- Winner: Danielle Bradbury (Team Blake)
- 1st Runner-up: Michelle Chamuel (Team Usher)
- 2nd Runner-up: The Swon Brothers, Zach and Colton (Team Blake)
Season 5
In the fall of the same year, The Voice celebrated the return of Cee Lo and Christina. Each coach advanced five contestants to the live show, where three finalists were chosen:
- Winner: Tessanne Chin (Team Adam)
- 1st Runner-up: Jacquie Lee (Team Christina)
- 2st Runner-up: Will Champlin (Team Adam)
Season 6
The most recent installment of the series, Spring 2014, brought about another change in coaches, as Usher and Shakira once again sat in for Cee Lo and Christina. Each of the four coaches advanced just three contestants to the live show:
- Winner: Josh Kaufman (Team Usher)
- 1st Runner-up: Jake Worthington (Team Blake)
- 2nd Runner-up: Christina Grimmie (Team Adam)
