Following in his mommy's footsteps, Prince George is inspiring tiny fashion trends everywhere. "The Royal family is one that people hold in high regard and respect and I think that is a big reason why people are drawn to Prince George's style," enlightens zulily lifestyle editor Amy E. Goodman. "Every mother dreams of dressing [her] children like the royal baby as well and everything he has worn has of course flown off shelves." And, you can dress your little prince like Prince George at a price you can afford when you follow the royal family's style, but not necessary the label. Goodman offers these tips on stealing Prince George's look for less than $100 each.

Stick with safe simple color schemes

Before you browse for clothes for kids, keep your royal fashion choices to a princely palette. "Play it safe," suggests Goodman. "The royals are not going to take risks. They know what works and will stick with the tried [and] true... think overall color schemes in white, cream, navy and light blue."

Think like a king

Long before little Prince George came along, royal fashion had a standard that still screams princely. "Peter Pan collars and puffy sleeves will give an instant royal look," Goodman says. Now, adults may not still be able to pull off this royal look, but your kiddo can work it without question.

"Think polo shirts, chinos, shirt dresses for girls and nautical motifs like little boats and anchors."
